RETURN POLICY

Didn't love your purchase? No worries,  we've got you covered!

Etiquette KC happily accepts your full-price purchases within 14 days of the delivery date (according to tracking) or date of purchase for local pickup, for store credit. Credit never expires. Merchandise must be returned with tags attached in original packaging. Items should be unworn and unwashed as well as smoke, deodorant and perfume free. We reserve the right to refuse your return if these conditions aren't met. Please note that online credit is valid for online purchases only and won't be accepted in-store.

The following items are not eligible for returns:

- sale / discounted items

- jewelry

- swimwear

- sunglasses

- hats / hair accessories

- bodysuits / bralettes / intimates / basics

- gift cards

All returns must be approved through our online returns center before they can be sent back.  Once your return is received and approved, your store credit will be emailed to you within 5 business days. Any returns not meeting the criteria will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We suggest utilizing a trackable shipping service when returning your purchases as we are not responsible for lost shipments.

Same return criteria applies. 

Due to our quickly evolving inventory, we do not offer exchanges.
